Development News & Pre-Release Builds

New development on Doggiebox has been underway since May; regular users have been working with interim builds (the "1G" series) since early June. All registered users of Doggiebox are welcome, entitled and encouraged to download such pre-release builds, and to provide feedback on feature implementations or usability experiences.

These pre-release builds are announced on the general discussion mailing list, and now also feature a new "check for updates" mechanism to automatically fetch new builds as they become available. This page will not usually be updated with every build release, so join the list or use "check for updates" to keep current.

As of this writing (16 Sep 2009) the most recent build is 1G07, which can be downloaded here. A valid Doggiebox registration key will be required to launch.
